It’s important to us that when we complete a job that our customers are 100% happy with the products and the services they have received! Customers are treated in a helpful and courteous manner at all times. And just to be sure we’re keeping our customers happy; we follow up each installation with a customer satisfaction survey. Responsiveness & Reliability

We respond to our customers needs in a timely manner! You can reach us from 9am-5pm, Monday-through Friday, and we have an after hours and weekend line that you may reach us at! We are happy to discuss your needs, answer any questions you may have & set up estimate and/or installation appointments with you. (If of our lines happen to be busy when you call, simply leave us a message and we promise…we will return your call promptly!)

Community Involvement

We believe in both participating in and giving back to our community. Even though we are a growing small family business, we like to give as much as we can now, rather than waiting until it’s more “comfortable”. It is part of who we are and our budget, not just something we do if we have extra. Sharing the new innovative knowledge of Solar power is one small step for us all.

Smart Space LLC is a SafeRacks™ Sub Distributor for. SafeRacks™ is a San Diego, CA based company. A fast growing, quality focused, highly responsive manufacturer and marketer of overhead storage and organizational products for the garage. Smart Space LLC started out as a Retail Dealer & Installer for SafeRacks™ recognizing that Virginia homes are sometimes short on usable storage space. Closets are small, they do not have basements and attics are too hot to store items. Most often garages are not used for parking the car in but rather for storage. SafeRacks™ is a fabulous steel overhead storage rack that solves a lot of storage issues. From this our customers asked for MORE! They wanted us to provide more products and services for them. Cabinetry, workbenches, peg board, wall organization systems, storage accessories, shelving, trim, built-ins, organization consulting & assistance and clutter management, heavy rack & lifting systems, and attic ladders.
